Alembic Glass renamed Shreno Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, issues fresh certificate of incorporation Alembic Glass Industries has informed that the name of the company stands changed from 'Alembic Glass Industries Ltd' to 'Shreno Ltd' with effect from 19 September 2006. The Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, has approved the change and issued a fresh cert ificate of incorporation to the company.
