Eicher to file expression of interest for Punjab Tractors The company shall file the said expression of interest as lead member along with Eicher Motors Eicher's board of directors has decided to file an expression of interest in response to the preliminary information memorandum issued by KPMG for disinvestment of Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation (PSIDC) stake in Punjab Tractors. The company shall file the said expression of interest as lead member along with Eicher Motors, a group associate company. It has also been decided to explore the possibility of finding a suitable partner for the purpose of forming a consortium for filing the expression of interest.
