The Board of Nuvoco Vistas Corporation at its meeting held on 16 August 2023 has approved the appointment of Shishir Desai (DIN: 01453410) as an Additional Non-Executive, Independent Director of the company with immediate effect. The Board also noted the resignation of Berjis Desai (DIN: 00153675), Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 17 August 2023.
