proposal of Amalgamation Eid Parry India Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the BOD's have, at their meeting held on April 28, 2005, approved a Scheme proposing amalgamation of its subsidiary, Santhanalakshmi Investments Private Limited with the Company w.e.f. May 01, 2005, subject to the approval of relevant authorities. The company has informed that High Court of Judicature at Madras vide its Order dated September 28, 2005 had sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Santhanalakshmi Investments Pvt Ltd a wholly owned Subsidiary of the Company with the Company with effect from May 01, 2005.
