KPIT Technologies Limited has submitted to the Exchange a copy newspaper published on July 03, 2014 informing that the petition is filed for amalgamation of the Company with KPIT Global Solution Limited under Sections 391-394 of the Companies Act,1956, for obtaining the sanction of the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay to the Scheme of Amalgamation. (As Per NSE Bulletin Date on 14.07.2014) KPIT Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Scheme of Amalgamation of KPIT Global Solutions Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) with the Company has been approved by the HonÆble High Court of Bombay vide Order dated August 28, 2014.
