KPIT Technologies Ltd has submitted to BSE a copy of newspaper advertisement regarding the Notice of Petition under Sections 391 - 394 of the Companies Act, 1956, for obtaining the sanction of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi to the Scheme of Amalgamation between the Company and Sparta Infotech India Private Limited published in the newspapers on October 21, 2013.
