Outcome of the Board Meeting dated 1st March, 2024 (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 01/03/2024) Outcome of Board Meeting The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 1t March, 2024 had approved a Scheme of Merger of Lancor Maintenance and Services Limited, the wholly owned subsidiary, with the Company pursuant to the sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013 . The Company filed a Application for Scheme of Amalgamation on 2nd February, 2025 with National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
