(As Per BSE Announcement Dated On 31/05/2017) Indian Toners & Developers Limited intimated to BSE Limited that Hon'ble NCLT, Principal Bench, New Delhi and Allahabad have approved the Scheme of Arrangement for amalgamation of ITDL Imagetec Ltd. and four other group companies with the Company vide its order dated 26.7.2017 and 9.5.2017 respectively.
