Firstsource Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that Hon'ble High Court, Bombay has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Rev IT Systems Private Limited ('Rev IT'), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, with the Company. The Company and Rev IT have filed certified copies of order of Hon'ble High Court with e-Form 21 with Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra as directed by the Hon'ble High Court. Consequently Rev IT stands amalgamated with the Company effective on November 30, 2012.
