In this regard, we would like to inform you that the Company has received Certified copy of the Order dated March 12, 2026 of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Cuttack Bench ('NCLT') sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation and the same has been filed today, i.e., March 23, 2026 with the Registrar of Companies. The filing has been made in compliance with Section 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013. Accordingly, the Scheme has become effective today, i.e., March 23, 2026 ('Effective Date') and consequently, GEL stands amalgamated with the Company.
