Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that on merger / acquisition of the schemes of Goldmansachs Mutual Fund (GSMF) by Reliance Mutual Fund (RMF) the following changes would take place on effective date. (i) Reliance Capital Trustee Company Limited will take over the trusteeship of the Schemes from the Board of Trustees of Goldmansachs Mutual Fund; (ii) Reliance Nippon Life Asset Management Limited will take over the rights to manage the Schemes from Goldman Sachs Asset Management (India) Private Limited and become the investment manager of the Schemes; (iii) The Transferor Schemes will be merged into the Transferee Schemes and the names of the merged schemes would be changed as follows: Transferor Scheme R*Shares Gold ETF (INF733I01010) Transferee Scheme Goldman Sachs Gold Exchange Traded Scheme (INF732E01102) New Scheme Name R*Shares Gold BeES (INF732E01102)
