Jayant Agro Organics Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay on July 06, 2012 has sanctioned a scheme of Amalgamation between Ihsedu Speciality Chemicals Pvt. Limited ('Transferor Company) a wholly owned subsidiary of Jayant Agro Organics Limited with Jayant Agro Organics Limited ('Transferee Company') and their respective Shareholders, under Sec. 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956.
