Alok Industries Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Order of the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay, the promoter group entities (Transferor Companies) have been amalgamated with another promoter Group, M/s. Alok Knit Exports Limited (Transferee Company), effective from July 05, 2013 (date of filing of High Court Order with ROC). The Appointed date of the above merger is March 31, 2012. In view of the aforesaid merger, equity shares of the Company held by the Transferor Companies now stand transferred to Alok Knit Exports Limited. The total shareholding of Alok Knit Exports Limited, therefore stand at 370271995 equity shares, i.e. 26.89% of the equity capital of the Company.
