Proposal for merger of MphasiS FinsourcE Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, with MphasiS Limited. The proposal is subject to necessary approvals. Mphasis Ltd has submitted to BSE a copy of newspaper cutting of Notice of hearing of the petition of amalgamation of MphasiS FinsourcE Limited (wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) with the Company by the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka.
