PSL Engineering Pvt Ltd is into the business of heavy Engineering Works catering mainly to Defence sector. The major products of the company includes Load bodies, Insulated shelters, Light Recovery Vans (LRV), Water Bowser, Petrol Bowser, Milk Containers, Cranes, Jerricans, Bulletproofing Jobs, kitchen containers etc. Inter alia, has unanimously considered and decided not to go for the acquisition of equity shares of PSL Engineering Pvt Ltd and hence to continue with the said merger of PSL Engineering Pvt Ltd with the Company.
