Natco Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble High Court of Madras vide its Order dated April 28, 2016, sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Natco Organics Limited, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company with Natco Pharma Limited.
