(As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 01.08.2018) Allotment of 528 equity shares to the respective shareholders of Laser Soft Infosystems Limited pursuant to the scheme of merger of Indigo TX software Private Limited and Laser Soft Infosystems Limited with Intellect Design Arena Limited. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated On 06/09/2018) We wish to inform you that the Authorised Share Capital of the company has been increased from Rs.75 crores to RS.87.40 crores through the Scheme of Amalgamation between Indigo TX Software Private Limited and Laser Soft Infosystems Limited with Intellect Design Arena Limited.The effective date of the merger is 31 st July,2018 and the Office of the Registrar of Companies,Tamii Nadu,Chennai has updated the Authorised Share Capital in the Master data from RS.75 crores to Rs.87.40 crores vide Clauses 11.2 and 11.3 of the Scheme of Amalgamation.
