May 31, 2016 subject to necessary approvals. This is with reference to the subject captioned above, we would like to inform that scheme of Arrangement to demerge the Real Estate Division of the Company into Devoted Construction Limited (Formerly known as Devoted Construction Private Limited), a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Company has been transferred to National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Delhi bench and its hearing will be on 12th April, 2017.
