Change in Key Managerial Personnel of the Company Transfer of Key Managerial Personnel In accordance with the Clause 1.7 of the Scheme of Arrangement, the existing Key Managerial Personnel of the Company as mentioned below shall be transferred to the Resulting Company w.e.f 1st August, 2019.
