Shaw Wallance not to recommend any final dividend Interim dividend for FY March 2006 to be treated as final dividend Shaw Wallace & Company has decided not to recommend any final dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2006. As such, the interim dividend of Re 1 per share declared and paid to the equity shareholders would be treated as the final dividend.
