Belding India Limited, formerly known as Synthiko Foils Limited was incorporated on August 24, 1984. Pursuant to the strategic transformation of the Company's business and expansion in diversified sectors, the name of the Company was changed from 'Synthiko Foils Limited' to 'Belding India Limited' dated February 23, 2026. 

Belding India is an integrated EPC and systems integration company delivering mission-critical infrastructure solutions across the data centers, renewable energy, energy storage, defense, and industrial sectors. Through its diversified business platforms, the Company offers complete turnkey project execution, system integration, precision manufacturing and lifecycle support. It combines indigenous manufacturing capabilities with execution excellence and technology-driven solutions to deliver reliable, scalable and future-ready infrastructure. 

The Company is evolving as a diversified engineering-led enterprise across infrastructure, manufacturing, energy and defense-focused industries, with its diverse businesses. Energy' and Data' represent two key growth engines to the Company. Its capabilities in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and renewable energy integration support India's clean energy transition, while its data center infrastructure address the rapidly expanding requirements of India's digital economy through modular, scalable and mission-critical solutions.

Through Metafin Technology, the Company undertakes precision fabrication and manufacturing of engineered products such as industrial containers, electrical panels, cable trays, racks, kiosks, and custom-built assemblies catering to sectors including data centers, aviation, energy, and defense. 

Initially, the Company engaged in the business of Aluminium Foils and Pack for the pharmaceutical, diary, and confectionery industries.
In FY 2024, the Company established an integrated business focusing on digital infrastructure, clean energy and mission-critical infrastructure solutions. It expanded the business by entering the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) across India in 2025. It also acquired 100% equity stake in DC&T Global Private Limited on December 24, 2025. 

The Company incorporated Belding HD India Private Limited as a subsidiary of the Company on June 22, 2026. It acquired the shares of Evolve IT Solutions Private Limited, making it a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in 2026. It established a 2,00,000 sq. ft. facility at Khed, Pune serving as a key manufacturing and system integration hub in FY26.
