G R Infraprojects has entered into Share Purchase Agreement with REC Power Development and Consultancy (formerly REC Power Distribution Company (RECPDCL) for acquisition of Rajgarh Neemuch Power Transmission (RNPTL).
After this acquisition, RNPTL has become wholly owned subsidiary company of G R Infraprojects.
