The Company has informed that at the at the court convened meeting held on 29th September, 2003, the members have approved the scheme of Amalgamation of Hatsun Foods company Ltd. with the company. The company has informed that a Record Date has been fixed on 29.01.2004 to determine the shareholders of Hatsun Foods Company Ltd. (HFCL) who are eligible for the shares of the company consequent to the amalgamation of HFCL with the company. The Hon'ble High Court of Madras has sanctioned the scheme of amalgamation of HFCL with the company. (Scrip Code: 531531, ISIN No. INE473B01027) are listed and permitted for trading on the Exchange with effect from Monday, February 02, 2009. Securities 1,53,640 * Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each issued to the shareholders of erstwhile Hatsun Food Company Limited (HFCL) pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation of the Company. Dist.
