With reference to the above captioned matter, we would like to inform you that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench has passed the Order sanctioning the scheme of Arrangement amongst Deepak Fertilisers And Petrochemicals Corporation Limited, SCM Fertichem Limited and Smartchem Technologies Limited and their respective Shareholders and creditors ('Scheme') on 30th March, 2017 which is made available on the website of the NCLT Mumbai Bench on 6th April, 2017. The Company is awaiting the receipt of the authenticated copy of the order with the Scheme annexed from the NCLT Mumbai Bench. Upon receipt of the authenticated copy, the Company will file the said order with the Registrar of Companies as required under the Companies Act 2013. We request you to take the above on record.
