Considered and took on record the No Objection/Observation Letters of the stock exchanges in terms of Regulation 37 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, for the composite scheme of arrangement, among Anant Raj Limited (Amalgamated Company/ Demerged Company 2), Anant Raj Agencies Pvt Ltd (Demerged Company- 1/ Amalgamating Company), Tauras Promoters and Developers Pvt Ltd (Resulting Company- 1) and Anant Raj Global Ltd (Resulting Company 2) and approved the minor modification(s) as recommended by the Stock Exchanges. The modification(s) as recommended by the Stock Exchanges have been duly incorporated the in the Composite Scheme of arrangement.
