The Proposal of the Amalgamation / Merger of Salzer Magnet Wires Limited with Salzer Electronics Limited with the appointed date as April 01, 2016 and 2. Draft Scheme of Amalgamation /Merger of Salzer Magnet Wires Limited with Salzer Electronics Limited. We wish to inform in pursuance of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 that due to administrative reasons, it is proposed towithdraw, for time being, the Scheme of Amalgamation / Merger of Salzer Magnet Wires Limited (an Unlisted Transferor Company) with Salzer Electronics Limited, already submitted with Stock Exchanges namely BSE Limited, a designated Stock Exchange and NSE Limited with an appointed date of April 01,2016 in terms of Regulation 37 of aforesaid Regulations. kindly take notice of this on your record and oblige.
