| Radico Khaitan Limited has informed the Exchange that the BoD's of the company at its meeting held on July 29, 2004 has :
1) approved the merger of Whytehall India Ltd. (WIL) and Anab-e-Shahi Wines & Distilleries Pvt. Ltd. (AES) with Radico Khaitan Ltd.and the Scheme of Amalgamation in this regard.
