| NCLT, Mumbai, has approved Scheme of Amalgamation for merger of Pharmasofttech Awacs Private Limited into Pharmarack Technologies Private Limited. Both these companies are subsidiaries of Aarogya Bharat Digital LLP, which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of ABCD Technologies LLP.
