Aptus Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 28, 2013, has transacted the following business: 1. A Detailed note on amalgamation of M/s. Netocol Systems and Solutions Private Limited - a subsidiary of the Company with Parent Company - Aptus Industries Limited has been placed before the board members which inter alia deals with various business leverages and financial leverages that the proposed amalgamation will bring in. Chairman also brought to the notice of the members various other operational factors, HR strengths and underlying value propositions. After detailed deliberations, board has agreed in-principle for the proposed amalgamation.
