Indo International Fertilizers Limited with M/s. Nagarjuna Agrichem Limited and authorized Managing Director to appoint the Consultants/ Experts! Legal Advisors! Advocates and other intermediaries for consummating the merger process and to do all such acts, deeds and things as may be necessary in this regard.
