The appointed date: 1st April, 2002 Date of Allotment: 15th July, 2004 Exchange Ratio - For every 2 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each held in erstwhile Hind Lever Chemicals Limited, 5 Equity Share of Rs.10/- each of the company have been issued. 3. As per Exchange's Notice No. 20040604-10 dated 4th June, 2004, the Transferor Company viz. Hind Lever Chemicals Limited, had fixed 21st June, 2004 as "Record Date" for giving effect to the Scheme of Amalgamation and accordingly, trading in the shares of the Transferor Company was stopped with effect from 15th June, 2004. 4.The company's financial year ends on 31st March.
